Between the 1st and 2nd shots, the cut clearly flags an ellipsis - as Tristana has changed locale and her clothes. But a more unobtrusive ellipsis also slips in between the 2nd and 3rd shots. When Tristana enters Don Lope’s room, we notice that the room is not adjacent to the kitchen that Tristana just left in the previous shot. In the cut, some of her route has thus been omitted.
